SEND Code of Practice Jan 2015
The SEND Code of Practice: 0-25 Years January 2015 edition is an update to the July 2014 version and from 1 April 2015 will replace it. It provides statutory guidance on duties, policies and procedures relating to Part 3 of the Children and Families Act 2014 and associated regulations and applies to England. It relates to children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and disabled children and young people.

Supporting Parents on Kids Education in Schools (SPOKES) is a free Ready for School programme for children in Key Stage 1. It is a 9 week course where parents can learn skills to support their children and help them become more confident with their listening, talking, reading and writing.

Family Nurse Partnership
