Adult Ability Counts FlyerArgyle Community Trust offer the following disability football coaching sessions for adults (male and female) aged 16+ who have a disability whether physical or mental:

  • Adult Football (16+ years) - Wednesday's, 7.30pm-9pm at Manadon Sports and Community Hub, Plymouth, PL5 3FD

Fun training sessions, inclusive of all abilities. No need to book, just turn up and play! Sessions are £4 per week, first session is free.

Argyle Short BreaksArgyle Short Breaks
For age 7-14 years olds with autism or ADHD

Argyle Community Trust offer football and other activities for children aged 7-14 years with autism or ADHD at Home Park, Plymouth PL2 3DQ. These take place during each school holiday (except Christmas) on Tuesday and Thursdays from 10am-1pm. Each session costs £8.

Mellow Mums Group
Zoom group starting December

Mellow-Mums GroupMellow Mums is an informal, one hour session group for mums with a child under 2 years old starting on Thursday 3 December 2020 at 1pm run by Home-Start South and West Devon.

The group will be facilitated by a Home-Start Co-ordinator and there will be no more than 10 attendees each week.

Plymouth Dads EventsAre you a dad or male carer (step-dads, uncle, grandad) who would like to participate in fun free activities with your children and meet other dads? If so, you can do this on Saturday's and also meet up at the Conversation Café on Tuesday's to talk all things dad and eat pizza!

Super Tramp Trampolining Support SessionsThe SEND and Support sessions are for anyone aged 5+ with additional needs and cost £8. This includes admission for one jumper and 1 accompanying adult/carer.

The SEND Sessions and Support Sessions run during Super Tramps peak and off-peak timetable:

  • Saturday's (session also open to siblings)

Time for YOU is a small, safe and supportive zoom group for mums of children with additional needs.

The next group starts on Friday 8th January 2021, from 9.30-11.30am.

Sessions are FREE, but booking is essential as there are limited spaces. Priority booking if on means tested benefits.
