Phase Transfer

A phase transfer is when a child or young person with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) moves to the next stage of education, for example: primary to secondary or secondary to post-16.

PIASS are offering a 30 minute bookable session with a member of the team for parents/carers of children and young people with a phase transfer this year.

PIASS are running a day of bookable appointments on Wednesday 25 February 2026 either face-to-face at Jan Cutting Healthy Living Centre or online (virtual) via a teams link.
