Supported Internships

A supported internship is a work-based study programme for 16-24 year olds with learning difficulties, or special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), who also have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

Supported internships aim to help children and young people prepare for work by providing hands-on experience, skills training and support in the workplace.
